Carol has a strong understanding of the people challenges that most businesses face when growing local and overseas markets. Backed with 20 years of experience, partnering with both global organizations and small-medium businesses, she successfully helped the companies set up the HR infrastructure and built the team in Asia and Australia. She is effective in building sustainable relationship across business to develop the right culture, processes and tools to drive the best outcome from talents.

Carol is also a certified coach by IECL with a passion to help the business and individuals to identify and leverage their strengths and become more effective at work and in life.
